I think the ACR is a fairly weak gun so stopping power is a must for it. The SCAR is pretty strong and I don't think stopping power is needed for it... but extended mags are better.
I'm going to have to try out hardcore soon. My KD ratio has been amazing these last two nights... like top of the leaderboard with a high KD ratio. I don't know what has gotten into me, or maybe they just put me back with the newbs.
