When you finish level 70, you can either stay at level 70, seeing as there is no level 71, or you can Prestige. When you Prestige you start from level 1 again, you keep all your titles, emblems, and stats (kills, death, accuracy, etc), but you lose your guns, challenges. There's 10 levels of Prestige, so basically going 1 to 70 10 times. Prestiging also gives you a new emblem for every level (the one next to your name, that you can't change).
