I get what you're trying to say in that it's not really that big of a deal if you're alone, etc. But it's the premise. If sitting kids next to adult males is a no-no on BA, then that's a scheduling snafu by the front desk to let it happen in the first place and is not that guy's problem, nor is it his pregnant wife's problem.
Well in his situation I cant agree more with why he is pissed.... Totally reasonable.. The airline messed up for sure. Second time BA messed up, last year they wouldn't let buddy on because of his tattoos.

I agree with their position, yet they do need a new way to seat people so they are not asking paying costumers to move.
