If I paid $10 extra in advance to secure a seat, I'm not moving. They can take that politically correct claptrap and shove it. Or better yet, make a rule forcing parents to sit with their kids.
I can only imagine being on some 8 hour flight, paid in advance for a seat selection, arriving at the airport 4 hours in advance of the 16 security checks they do, only to find I'm the schlump who was moved to row 46, middle seat because a couple of yuppy parents wanted 8 hours alone from their kids just to get drunk on champagne in first class.
