We wouldn't be having this discussion if people actually watched The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. The Tonight Show had an average of 2.9 million viewers (out of a total of 10 million between Tonight/Late Show/Nightline) one week before the premiere of The Jay Leno show. Last week it 2.5 million out of 10.2 million.
