Being from Newfoundland, and depending upon which part of the rock you're from and depending on how thick your accent is.... thats probably a good idea to be able to prove Canadian citizenship.... anytime anywhere...
I used to know this guy who was from a little fishing village along the coast (the only way in or out of the village was by fishing boat) and his accent was so thick I could barely understand him...
Most times he sounded like he was speaking something other than English.
