Would it be faster to use the ring road from the SE (130th area) to go to Crowfoot YMCA than taking Glenmore - Sarcee - 16th ave to Stoney Trail?

I tried google but the ring road isnt in there yet understandably

I know the ring road is faster to northeast sportsplex than deerfoot is from my area but not sure about going to the NW

I ask more for the drive home so I can get to bed earlier tonight, god do I love 11:30 hockey games on a Tuesday night
