That's pretty easy, Al Markin of CNRL has said he want to bring CNRL under one roof. Right now they're in various floors of Bankers East, Sunlife, Home Oil, and Energy Plaza (although Horizon may have already moved). Having worked there, that's a shop that could definately use more space. I could see them taking over Encana Place.
As for the space CNRL would free up, the BH space is primo and would go in a blink. The rest of them are pretty attractive to Trusts and other small cap shops and would free up space nicely for the rest of the market.
