Just because it's a service offered, doesn't mean its open season to abuse it.
It's meant to be used when there clearly is some doubt involved, not when you want to save a few bucks even though you already know you're in the wrong. I'd love to see a figure on how much tax dollars are spent on this bs of
always fighting tickets regardless of merit. That's the real ######ry here, not me calling it for what really it is.
Get some dignity, but above all learn from it. Something tells me this guy has learned nothing, nor will he.
