Ah, I'm fairly certain they mean trucks that are available in NA, not trucks that are produced by American companies.

Hell even if it just meant trucks that are built in NA, a lot of the Japanese trucks would still qualify.

So yeah, they're still going up against Tacomas, Tundras, Titans, Ridgelines, etc.
