I took a look at the link, but I couldn't get a song by Jerry Jeff Walker out of my head ... "Pi$$ing In The Wind." So I didn't. 4x4 mentioned the only possible solution (WRA or WAP or whatever they call themselves), but I doubt they'll be more than a short-term solution.
