Stupid hands changing size... When my hands are warm I can't get my ring off unless I lube it up. When my hands are cold it slips right off... a couple times when I was washing cold hands with cold water it slipped off so I totally see this happening.
Sorry to hear it man. I get sentimentally attached to things of that significance too, and it can be heart wrenching. Good luck buddy.
