The video shows Beniuk along with at least two other people walking along a bridge. Beniuk holds a small dog in his arms, laughing. When the three men stop towards the middle of the bridge, Beniuk throws the dog over the side of the bridge.
The dog lands far below, and it can be heard whimpering. According to an email from PETA, the dog survived the fall, and it currently recuperating at veternarians office.
