It's not like someone is going to wake up, check their facebook, and upon seeing a bunch of weird status updates as colors, ask:
"Hmmmm, I wonder what's up with these"
"Oh, they are for what kind of cancer?"
"Breast cancer you say? Interesting, I had no idea. We should do something about that"
"Yep, we totally should do something"
Sadly, as with most awareness events, this is doing nothing for the cause such as raising money. Oh, and it only works when people actually tell the answer, instead of a lot of the women going "sshhhh, don't tell the men! It's our secret!" I see... breast cancer is now an online game damn near.

Maybe you just need to lighten up a bit. I don't see the harm, it's not like this is a black eye for Breast Cancer Awareness... come on.
