Same issue for me in Phoenix. It was working on both my laptop and desktop. Then the laptop stopped working. Desktop was ok - fiddled with the options on the laptop and it worked. Next day, no joy on both, and they havent worked since. I treid upgrading to WMP11 no change. Tried all the suggestions in this and other threads with no luck. And by the way I have been in IT since 1979 so I am fairly decent with computers
It seems that the common thread is - the people with the problem are all outside of Canada YES/NO? Is it a Proxy issue? Can we get it fixed before tonight? Let's get on it people!!!
