Neuroscience is one of the most important fields of study today. The importance of understanding the human brain has incredible consequences and even larger implications.
In the last 5 years, this field of study has branched off into some very exciting and very new fields of study, some of those are neuro economics, neuro philosophy, and computational neuroscience.
The biggest discovery in this field has been compared to what genetics has done for biology, and has massive implications in brain disorders and our understandings of early human development and somewhat frightenly to some, the further reduction of our brain, for reductionists (like me) its not so frightening but very exciting.
