I could give a fata about any moral obligation of paying a parking ticket. What you obviously do not realize is that in most cases, not paying any fine will eventually catch up with you (likely at the worst time) and end up costing you much more than had you dealt with it when you were suppose to.
I will be the one laughing my arse off when I see you in the waiting line at the registery trying to register your vehicle or renewing your licence and you have to pay late fees and a lot more than you thought you would have to pay. Or, maybe you won't even have the money to pay for your tickets then and you will not be able to renew your licence, I have seen that happen at registeries. Or maybe when you go to get some kind of loan, the parking authority has sent your unpaid bills to collections and you can no longer get the loan you were looking for because of what? A parking ticket that you got (which means you either broke the law or violated someones private parking laws) and you thought the smart thing to do would be to ignore it, it will just go away.
Thats great for people like you but don't start spreading stupid advise like that around to other people. And if you do have children I feel bad for them that their parent cannot teach them the importance of being accountable. Way to go #1 DAD.
