I recently got a new xbox (had an old one but it broke so I decided to buy a new one instead of paying $200 to get it repaired) but for some reason, I keep getting disconnected from xbox live every 5 min. It connects to it but within 5 min of playing, live disconnects and then it has problems reconnecting to it.

I don't think my router is the problem, since it has the same setup since our old xbox and the live worked fine on that one.

Do you guys think the new xbox I bought is defective or do you think this could be a server problem?
