He is asking for advice on how to do his vehicle how he wants it to look, since he is the one who gets to drive it everyday. Also not sure how tint and raising the truck is "######-baggy".

Actually he was asking for advice on what people think would look better, which is exactly what was provided.
And tint and raising aren't necessarily '######-baggy', but putting in lights that you know will cause visibility issues for everyone else on the road sure is.
