I was told by my garbage man that with in 2 years we'll all have brown bins as well for our garbage. I bet that would be the limit. I've also heard that "out east" they have clear plastic bags to bust you for throwing out improper waste.
I have picked up a coffee gift card, and will try to tip the dude next week.
