Well, I think it is about how things are handled. I'm pretty sure they don't just hand out cheques like this to every one. I suppose it's because I spent a lot of time with them, was not really complaining but exposing perhaps a weakness in their system and product and helping to correct it. I don't know their reasoning, but I do know only superior companies do this sort of thing.
