Ya I'm sure things like Fish Oil, Multi Vitamins, Vitamin D, etc. are going to really hurt the body by taking the recommend amount.

I think you are confusing vitamins & supplements with products like Metabolism Boosters or Fat "burning" pills.
HUGE difference! Not even in the same category.
