McCray is adamant that he was not drunk, he did admit to speeding. Much of the team was at the Lil' Wayne concert last night and likely at the afterparty until the early morning. Being out at 4:30 is not that uncommon in New Orleans since there is no last call.
As soon as you refuse the breathalyzer, you're arrested, and these guys are instructed to ALWAYS refuse the breathalyzer. I know its easy to use a "jump to conclusions mat" in situations like these, especially with NFL players. I'll wait to see how the blood test turns out.
