1) Boil or steam to get them soft. Melt some butter and add some lemon. Dip each frond in and eat the frond tip. Takes a while but is nice with a glass of white wine as an appy.
2) cut in half; soak in orange juice, oil, thyme and lemon for a while (few hours). Then grill it. yummy. You can use that marinade for grilling any veggie. I get lots of rave reviews for it and it is easy.
