Fish Oils are one of the and cheapest supplements you can take and it does a number of things for your body some being:
- Improves brain function
- Reduces chances of certain cancers
- Great for your heart/cardiovascular
- Reduces pain/inflammation (so good for joint care when working out)
- Also been known to help with depression, bipolar, etc.
Tons of reasons and benefits to take Fish Oils and the best part is they are pretty cheap. GNC for an example you can get 180-240 (depending if they have a bonus sale) for like $20. So that is 6 to 8 months worth of fish oils since you are recommended to take 2 daily. It is worth investing in a good Fish Oil though because some can be crap!
Oh a couple of other things it does for you outside the body is help with hair/skin health. I've never really had acne in my life but I had read it helps with that as well.
It is a supplement I would recommend especially if you don't eat a lot of fish, as in at least daily. It is one of the few ones I take now and if you had to pick top 3 supplements to take for a healthier body it would be in there along with Multi-Vit's.
