I'm looking to do the Banff Melissa's Road Race next year and want to make a good go of it.
I made a bet with a guy who is exceptionally fit that I could challenge him and I want to win. I played a lot of sports growing up and my body is showing the effects - especially my feet which cannot seem to handle high impact training. In order to win my bet, my training will need to be more than running as well as thorough.
