But, if you look at the response in this thread and the overall sentiment towards Hyrbid owners in this province and I have no doubt your "one scoofflaw" is actually a large portion of the cities popuation. I guess time will tell. When the Hybrid spots all go by thy way side do not say Kipperfan didn't tell you it would happen.
