Every single part of my body hurts. I am drenched in sweat like 20 minutes into each workout. Even the warm-up is painful (maybe this will wear off as I go on). But it's really well constructed and the exercises and in particular the stretches are awesome. I'll wait a week or so before I comment more, but it's a pretty sweet thing to do and requires minimal space, 45 minutes a day, and no equipment. Which is sweet, for a poor student.
But wow, I am in pain.

No weights at all? Some youtube videos claiming to be the "insanity workout" showed the guy doing some weight workouts.
It seems like something I'd be very interested. Definitely keep posting in here with updates.
