I am on Day 3 of Insanity. I vow to complete it, but as of now, I feel like a child. I am a pretty fit 22 year old and I run and work out 3 to 4 times a week, but grad school is interfering with my gym time so I looked for something I could do at home.
Every single part of my body hurts. I am drenched in sweat like 20 minutes into each workout. Even the warm-up is painful (maybe this will wear off as I go on). But it's really well constructed and the exercises and in particular the stretches are awesome. I'll wait a week or so before I comment more, but it's a pretty sweet thing to do and requires minimal space, 45 minutes a day, and no equipment. Which is sweet, for a poor student.
But wow, I am in pain.
