By suggesting, not legally demanding, that people only park in these spots with certain types of vehicles?
Next thing you will be claiming that Nabisco is infringing upon your rights when their suggested serving of Shreddies portrayed on the box front includes a banana and not the strawberries you would prefer.
I know you really want to be right on this one, but I don't see it happening. I couldn't care much less about the environment right now and if it would save me a few hundred bucks, I would probably not be against dumping toxic chemicals directly into our drinking water, and I still think that it is a good idea for stores to have these signs.
*disclaimer* I really wouldn't dump toxic chemicals into our water, or anything else that would be illegal, but the environment is so low on my list of priorities that it needed an extreme example
