It's a weird call. Weiser is definitely right, it's a lot easier for a man to hurt a woman than vice versa. But that doesn't make a woman hitting a man any less worse does it? Is that fact enough to warrant a double standard? Certainly some women could do a lot more harm than others. Do we have to start factoring injuries into the equation? That doesn't seem right either.

Can't we just say any type of domestic violence is complately wrong and never called for?
