How fast do you drink them?

The powder might settle, but if the milk doesn't go sour it shouldn't be a problem.

So, I figured something out. If you play hockey or some other sport where you're playing for 2 hours and really sweating a lot, just make sure you're dehydrated properly, stay away from Gatorade if you can(drink it during the game not afterwards if you must)....and don't eat or drink anything afterwards for at least 4-5 hours. In fact, if you play in the evening, go to bed without drinking anything else but water.

Idea is to force your body to burn fat for energy because your glycogen stores are completely depleted.

And it works. I lost only 10-12# in the past 2 months on the weigh scale, but it actually looks like a lot more.

Only problem is that with time your muscles will have one hell of a time converting. It might catch up to you if you play 3-4x per week. But for those who just play once or twice a week, it should work really good.

If I played a lot of games during the week, I just some chocolate milk every 2nd game. Not a lot either, maybe 250-300mL. Seemed to help me recover better.
