Yup. Great film. For me, it's the best I've seen since the LotR trilogy (they're basically equal in terms of overall enjoyment for me, though I do find LotR's storyline stronger).
Recently, very few other movies compare favourably to this one for me. Iron Man, Star Trek, Momento and Wall-E were very enjoyable, but not on the level of Avatar. I've never seen a Batman movie in my life (I'm not sure how it's possible, either!), so I expect if/when I catch up on that series I'll be able to throw The Dark Knight up in that "elite" :P group as well.
I also liked the Ocean's trilogy and the Bourne Trilogy, and many others, but this one is so revolutionary, it's just ... different. Refreshing.
Avatar is definitely an epic movie in numerous ways, and is surprisingly more than well-deserving of it's hype.
