I've had many experiences where the cashier has no idea what I'm talking about, and is shocked when the manager tells her.

Last time I used it I got a $10 humidifier filter for free. At first my g/f rolled her eyes at me, but then I told her that not only was it about me getting it free, but by me calling them on it; it forces the store to be more careful about making sure prices are correct.
