Just thought I would post this for anyone who might not know about the
big discounts all Fairmont hotels are offering this year...
It's been posted on a few sites, used by thousands, without a problem.

To answer one big question that has been asked... Fairmont is encouraging us to promote this offer to fill up their rooms. Due to the current economic situation, the occupancy level at most of their hotels are well below average. So, the one thing you'll need is the Booker ID# from a 'friend' or family member who works for Fairmont. For whatever reason Fairmont doesn't just want Booker ID#s posted all over the web, but they don't seem to have a problem with people on forums becoming quick friends with a Fairmont employee and using their code.
Bottom line, I'll respect that and if you want the Booker ID # just
send me a PM and I'll send one over. The Booker ID I have is from a guy on FlyerTalk who offers this to his 'new friends'.
Apparently there have been some really, really good rates available with this discount, such as $119/night for Fairmont Whistler.
And the code/discount/whatever has been extended until Mar 31.
