It's a thread about some advertising and marketing awards that were handed out. It has appeal to people like myself who have an interest in the advertising and marketing industry, and it also has appeal to people who like commercials. Lastly, it has appeal to people who like Apple products, because they won quite a few of the awards.

OK... As Bomber317 says, the actual discussion of the power of Apple's branding and image campaign is actually quite interesting to dissect - something I'd actually have participated in. With a better choice of words in your OP, you might have gotten an actual discussion on branding and advertising. End result, with your history here, and well known opinions, this just comes across as flamebait. Don't think so? Look at your thread on the new processors for the MacPros. People pretty much assumed you were trumpeting this as some exclusive for Mac ,despite the fact you may not have intended that.
