Ugh....my problem has returned and i have tried about 7 different cleaning tools etc....whenever i google something then clink on the link, i get this crap

I have run a full AV scan, ccleaner, spybot, etc etc.
Anyone have any ideas or is this something that needs a professional to clean up?
