The Habs are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Brenden Morrow.

The deal breaks down like this:

To Habs

Brenden Morrow (67)
$4mm in cash

To Flyers

Jussi Jokinen (64)
1st Rnd pick (St.Louis)

We've been looking for an upgrade on Jokinen for a while and hopefully Morrow can fit in well on that line. He'll bring a strong Checking presence to the line.

The Flyers were struggling getting Morrow going, hopefully the Habs can. And now the Flyers have 7 of the Top 30 picks for this year's draft...wow.
