Is this a business running off a residental account?
Surely there must be another way you can upload your work? Do you have a dial-up acct? It wouldn't take long to create one.
I deal with this everyday taking calls for the largest provider in the states. There are no such thing as guarentees anymore unless you pay for it specifically. I'm glad I have a weekend off.
