pretty much 100% certain they will attribute it to Trinity due to the style of the kill, and the message left on Dexter's phone would prove to not be suicide... as well as having harrison in the blood...
(which debra would realize this happened to dexter, and think Trinity studied into his victims, and learned the past)
As far as Miami metro is concerned, they think Trinity is VERY smart, as he was able to "plant evidence" leading to Bodreau (or however you spell it) to throw them off...when it was in fact Dexter who did so
