No, not really, but my kids were bottle fed. I think its pretty common with breast fed babies to want to eat more frequently. You never really know how much they're getting. I would guess they would be used to frequent small feedings where my bottle fed babies got used to larger feedings so less frequent. I was able to get both of my kids on four ounce bottles pretty early on so we had about a four hour break between feedings. I also gave them an extra two ounces on their last bottle before bed and they slept through the night by the time they were two weeks old. If they ever woke up in the middle of the night I just cuddled them and rocked them back to sleep. But they never really needed to eat in the middle of the night.
