I would create some flyers. Have it say "Hit & Run in Mackenzie. Looking for the following Nissan Vehicle....." Describe the damge the vehicle would possibly have. And put a picture of the possible Nissan. Put the flyers up by all community mail boxes in the community. Do this tomorrow and people will see it on Monday when they go for their mail.
Id also print some more up and go up and down as many streets as you can and hit 2 or 3 houses on each street with a flyer. If you had time and money for tons of flyers you could hit every house but thats not realistic so 2 or 3 per street should be enough for someone to recognize a neighbours truck.

If you cant find them this weekend, id drive around during the week, next weekend and next week. Bodyshops will be busy so this thing wont be getting fixed quick. Id drive around next weekend in case its some visiting a friend in the community that did the damage and is only around say every Friday night.

And post an ad on Beyond.ca with the same info as the flyer. Thats could be a great help for you.
