(c) Cancellation Fee: Payment of the cancellation fee of $150.00 has been received by Paramount; AND
(d) Proof: The member or her estate has provided evidence of the Death or Disability or Distance in sufficient detail and in a form which is satisfactory to Paramount; AND
(e) Account Status: The membership account is current and in good standing at the time all other conditions for cancellation have been satisfied.
The Buyer shall be relieved from the obligation of any further membership payments only upon Paramount giving Notice that all the conditions for cancellation.

So it looks like it is going to cost you $150. I can't believe they charge people that have passed away that is just horrible!
