Is this a celebrity only law? I'm sure a lot of times people involved don't even know the other person is married. How you do ensure someone you are involved with isn't married? Cheating in a marriage isn't even a crime either.

These women making a profit is unrelated to the emotional damage to the marriage. 99.99% of the time the other person isn't making money selling their story. This is the exception, not the rule. Seems unnecessary to make a law that would impact a couple people a decade.
