I am going to be getting back into things and wouldn't mind a cardio workout along with my weight lifting. I have let myself go and just need something to get me going again so I can get it into full swing. Over the past few weeks I have been working on my diet so now it is working out time.

I actually haven't tried it yet. I'm doing P90X and have been doing it off and on for the past year and a half. I just came across this INSANITY thing and was really interested in the combination of cardio and resistance.
That said, P90X has worked well for me. I find my heart rate generally stays up because of the circuit like routine, but this new one looks like it gets taken to a new level.
