No they didn't, 95% of their source data is available online right now, you can
download it. The rest isn't available because they aren't allowed to make it available; the licensing of the data required that they use it then discard it.
This also relates to some of the FOI inquiries.. if they are legally not allowed to share the data, of course a FOI inquiry is going to be rejected.
