Do yourself a favour and ignore that they are made by Logitech. Go to a future shop or best buy and try them out for yourself. If they don't have a demo set up, don't let them talk you into something else. Just find a store with a demo unit. These things will leave just about any other speakers out there in the dust. Hands down.

As for looks... They aren't made by Apple or anything, but they aren't exactly ugly either.

Also, don't let the price scare you. They retail for $500, but you can usually get them on sale somewhere for around $250. Especially on Boxing Day.
