I borrowed a couple of discs of P90x from a friend. (I can't do the whole program, because I think the diet part wouldn't be good for breast feeding... I just wanted to try it out)
HOLY COW! I knew I was in so-so shape (not fat, just not fit) but after 3 days I'm hurtin'!
I managed to finish the cardio and the kenpo but only made it through half of the yoga workout. And the ab-ripper? I wasn't able to make it through the 16 minute workout! Way to motivate me! (Seriously, I vow I will be able to finish this!)
We'll see what happens...How many calories are burned in the cardio workouts, does anyone know?
