Don't most people also take reasonable precautions when driving too, like wearing seatbelts, having airbags, following traffic rules? Personally, any reasonable (i.e. doesn't cost a lot of money or inconvenience me much) action I can take that reduces my chance of dying from any cause (or in the case of flu even getting really sick) seems worthwhile. But I happen to like living
