I don't know in this instance what more McMahon could have done, they offered to pay for rehab and Fatu refused the offer.
UFC is safer, but its still a young sport compared to Pro-Wrestling, and its not like UFC is lilly white in terms of drug violations.
As some of these guys do get older its still possible that you will see some UFC related deaths.
